MI Green DEAL
The Training Curriculum aims to set the first step to implement innovative practices and digital solutions in Adult Education to prepare young adult migrants and adult educators, community leaders and mediators to become true agents of change in environmental sustainability and fight against climate change by applying Transformative Learning methods to develop green skills, thus contributing to environment protection and fight against climate change. The consortium will develop this WP by defining and mapping the Learning Outcomes that adult educators, community leaders and mediators need to work on raising environmental awareness and commitment of young migrants through TL.
The development of the Curriculum will be aligned with European reference systems, such as the EQF, to promote the evaluation and assessment of training following the Learning Outcomes approach.
The e-Learning Platform will provide a suite of innovative digital services that will support the implementation and management of online ICT-based training programs that will be at the disposal of project participants, supporters, target users and beneficiaries. Additionally, it will act as a networking hub for the purpose of sharing, promoting and mainstreaming the use of the project’s results, which will be designed as OERs.
The e-Learning platform and the online course constitute the basis of the training environment for adult educators, community leaders and mediators to develop the competences necessary to help young adult migrants in the implementation of raising environmental awareness and commitment through Transformative Learning which is part of the general aim of implementing innovative practices and digital solutions in Adult Education to prepare young adult migrants and adult educators, community leaders and mediators to become true agents of change in environmental sustainability and fight against climate change.
Consists of a wide-range set of functional and interactive techniques, tools, exercises and activities that adult educators, community leaders and mediators will use in their work with young adult migrants. It will be incorporated into the e-Learning platform and will provide a variety of activities so that users may select those most appropriate according to the specific characteristics of their beneficiaries.
